If you have Personal Injury Protection on your policy, you are entitled to Household Help.  This can be cleaning, cooking, childcare, gardening, errands outside the house, etc.  It can be done by a family member who does not live in the house, or by a friend or outside service.  
 
This goes with the Household Services Repayment form.  You need both.
